Subscription Policy

Recurring plans

BidBriefing plans are recurring digital subscriptions. The price, monitoring coverage, Company Intelligence Profile limits, workspace features, Spec Intelligence, alerting and other plan capabilities shown at checkout or in a written order form the subscription terms.

Monitoring model

Plans provide access to an ongoing intelligence and monitoring service rather than a guaranteed quota of manual leads. Project activity, source availability, document availability and the number of useful matches can vary by territory, market and time period.

Start, renewal and onboarding

After subscription, customers may be asked to complete or confirm a Company Intelligence Profile before monitoring is calibrated. Subscriptions renew for successive billing periods until cancelled. Material price or plan changes will be communicated as required by law.

Plan changes

Coverage, territory count, Company Intelligence Profile count, technical intelligence, alerts, exports and team features may differ by plan. Requested plan changes take effect only after confirmation through the applicable account, billing or support workflow.

Cancellation

You may cancel through available subscription controls or by contacting bidbriefing@gmail.com before the next renewal date. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to refund requests.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the charge and notify you. Platform access, monitoring and alerts may be paused until payment information is updated.

No results guarantee

A subscription provides access to the platform features and monitoring scope described in the selected plan. It does not guarantee a minimum number of projects, bid eligibility, awards, contracts, sales or revenue.
