BidBriefing

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

Agreement

These Terms govern access to the BidBriefing website, subscriptions, customer account, Client Workspace, Company Intelligence Profile, AI-assisted project intelligence, alerts, specification signals and related services.

The platform

BidBriefing is designed to monitor permitted project and business sources, structure available project information, analyze accessible project context, compare that information with customer-defined criteria and prioritize potential opportunities. Features, coverage, source availability and automation may vary by plan, market and project.

AI and source limitations

AI-generated extraction, classification, matching and scoring can contain errors or omissions. Project information can change, be incomplete or be withdrawn. Customers are responsible for verifying the current source, deadlines, addenda, eligibility, technical requirements and commercial facts before acting. Opportunity Scores are prioritization signals, not predictions of contract awards.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account and Company Intelligence Profile information, safeguarding credentials and using the platform lawfully. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, circumvent usage restrictions, use the platform to infringe another party's rights, or resell platform data or outputs as a competing database without written permission.

Third-party sources

BidBriefing does not claim ownership of third-party plans, specifications, notices, websites or databases. Source access remains subject to applicable rights and terms. The platform is intended to provide original extraction, organization, matching and analysis rather than bulk redistribution of third-party documents.

Fees, subscriptions and intellectual property

Prices, coverage and included features are shown at checkout or in a written order. Applicable taxes may be added. Recurring plans are governed by the Subscription Policy. BidBriefing owns its branding, software, interfaces, scoring framework, prompts, workflows, templates and original presentation of platform intelligence, subject to rights in underlying third-party information.

No outcome guarantee

BidBriefing provides business intelligence and decision support, not legal, engineering, estimating, procurement or financial advice. We do not guarantee project availability, bid eligibility, contract awards, sales or revenue.

Availability and liability

We may update sources, workflows, models, features and these Terms. Access may be suspended for security risks, prohibited use, nonpayment or legal requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidBriefing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on third-party or AI-generated information. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
